Charles E. "Chuck" Skillings
Mr. Skillings has a broad background in healthcare management. He began his career at Shawnee Medical Center Hospital in 1978. Before his appointment to CEO at Shawnee Regional Hospital in January of 2000, he served as Director of the Emergency Medical Services, and later joined the administration of the hospital and worked in the area of physician recruitment. Seven years prior to becoming CEO, he was appointed executive vice president of the hospital. Skillings is a graduate of Oklahoma City University and a member of the Board of Directors of the Shawnee Economic Development Foundation and St. Gregory’s University. In addition, he is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Oklahoma Hospital Association, Shawnee Chamber of Commerce, Shawnee Rotary Club and Shawnee Rescue Mission.
Executive Vice President, COO/CNO
Angi Mohr, Executive Vice President, COO/CNO, has been in the healthcare profession since 1992. Ms. Mohr is responsible for improving patient experiences, while being responsible for supporting, upholding, and implementing the hospital's mission and values.
Mohr graduated with an Associate's Degree in Nursing in 1992 and completed her Bachelors in Nursing in 2002. In 2009, she graduated with honors from St. Gregory's University with a Masters in Management.
Since 2011, Mohr has served as the Chief Nursing Officer and since 2014 she has served as the Chief Operating Officer. She has been with St. Anthony Shawnee Hospital since 1992 and has worked as an Emergency Department staff nurse, Director of Emergency Department, and Assistant Vice President of Nursing.
Mohr has been honored with numerous awards recognizing her professional excellence and dedication to nursing and during her tenure she has been the recipient of the Spirit of Achievement award from the Oklahoma Hospital Association.
Linda E. Brown
Vice President of Support Services
Ms. Brown has been in the healthcare profession for 30 years. After earning her BS in Nursing from Oklahoma Baptist University, she began working at Shawnee Medical Center Hospital. She received her MS from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Brown has had many opportunities to develop new programs and services for the hospital. She is a member of the Oklahoma Hospital Association and is active in the community through the Shawnee Lions Club, Volunteer Health Clinic of Pottawatomie County and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
